Mint Oil

Description

Our mint oil, known in Tunisia as "fliou," is obtained from pennyroyal mint (Mentha pulegium). It stands out for its powerful, fresh and intensely minty fragrance, especially prized for diffusion and ambient aromatherapy. Just a few drops in a diffuser are enough to create an invigorating, uplifting atmosphere. This is a highly concentrated oil that calls for great care in use. It is intended above all for olfactory use; any application to the skin should remain exceptional and very diluted. Never swallow it, and keep it out of the reach of children.

How to use

Diffusion (main use): add 2 to 4 drops to an essential-oil diffuser or aroma burner in a well-ventilated room, in short 15–20 minute sessions. You can also place a single drop on a tissue to enjoy its scent. Skin use only exceptionally: always VERY diluted (1 drop to at least 10 drops of carrier oil), on a small area and occasionally, after a patch test on the inner elbow 24 hours beforehand. Essential precautions: NEVER ingest or swallow. Do NOT use during pregnancy or breastfeeding (risk). Not recommended for young children or people with epilepsy. Keep out of the reach of children; avoid the eye area and mucous membranes. If in doubt, seek the advice of a health professional.
