How to use

This essential oil must only be used diluted: blend 1 to 2 drops into a tablespoon (about 10 ml) of a carrier oil (sweet almond, jojoba…) before any application to the skin or massage, 1 to 2 times a day. For diffusion, a few drops in a diffuser are enough, in sessions of 10 to 15 minutes. Never apply it neat on the skin and never ingest it without the advice of a healthcare professional. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or young children; keep out of the reach of children and avoid the eye area. Always carry out a patch test on the inner elbow before first use.
