Description
Distilled from true lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), this essential oil is obtained through steam distillation of the flowering tops harvested at full maturity. Its fresh, softly herbaceous floral scent is among the most cherished in aromatherapy. Diffused, it is traditionally used to create a soothing atmosphere that invites relaxation and restful sleep. Blended into a carrier oil, it fits beautifully into relaxing massages and skincare rituals. A few well-diluted drops also find their place in hair and scalp care routines. Wonderfully versatile, it remains one of the most popular everyday essential oils.
